Central Square is a village in Oswego County, New York, United States. The population was 1,848 at the 2010 census.The Village of Central Square is located in the south part of the Town of Hastings on Route 49 and U.S. Route 11. The village is west of Interstate 81. The village is northwest of Oneida Lake.
